Founder
ANDY WELSH
Born 24 January 1983
Andy Welsh is an English football coach and former professional player, with a playing and coaching career spanning almost two decades in the English game. As a player he represented clubs including Sunderland, Leicester City, Blackpool and Yeovil Town, before moving into management with spells at Ossett United, Bury and Guiseley.
That first-hand experience at every level of the game — from dressing rooms to the dugout — is what led Andy to found Forza Football Academy. He set out to bring the standards, structure and professionalism of the pro game to young players in Bradford, in an environment that's as welcoming as it is competitive.
